HT Brace V2 Piaggio/Gilera Maxi

The 125/180cc engine blocks of Piaggio and Gilera are known for their susceptibility to cracking, especially under heavy loads such as wheelies. The HT Brace V2 significantly reduces torsional stress during hard acceleration and lateral forces, greatly lowering the risk of crankcase damage. The brace is made from high-quality anodized aluminum.

When used with an SM06 exhaust or a similar model, it is necessary to install an HT exhaust pipe or a spacer on the original pipe.

The HT Brace is suitable for motorcycles with both drum and disc brakes. It is mounted on the exhaust mount of the engine block and the central rear wheel bolt, securing the engine as a single, stable unit.

Additionally, the brace can be combined with our X59 adapter for use with the PM Tuning X59 exhaust. The set comes complete with 1 high-tension nut, 1 curved cotter pin, 1 straight cotter pin, 5 washers, and 2 bolts.
(Use the curved cotter pin for single-disc brakes and the straight pin for dual-disc brakes.)
