Article 1 - Returns Policy
Return procedure
- Take clear photos of the product you wish to return and note your order number.
Please note: a return request can only be submitted within the statutory period of 14 days after the package has been delivered according to the track & trace. - Please send the photos together with a copy of the invoice by email to info@hmracing.eu , stating the reason for return.
- After receiving your request, we will review the information you provided. Based on this, we will approve or reject your return request.
Important: Products that have been assembled are no longer eligible for return. - If approved, you will receive an email with a link to purchase a shipping label. The package can then be returned to the following address:

If you're using the original shipping box, first remove the old shipping label and affix the new one clearly visible to the box. Always include the invoice or a note with the order number in the package. If we can't trace a return back to an order, we won't be able to process it and will wait until you contact us.
- Once we receive the returned product in good condition, the order amount due will be refunded within 14 days. If the product is not in good condition, we will contact you.
Important points of interest
- If you return a product after receiving a free item with your order, and you no longer meet the minimum order value due to the return, the free item must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns are shipped entirely at your own risk. HMRACING is not liable for loss or damage to return packages during transit and will not provide compensation.
- Returns sent outside of our returns portal and received without identifiable information (such as order number or name) cannot be processed. In that case, the sender bears the entire risk.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
If you cancel correctly, you will receive a full refund for the order amount, including the original shipping costs. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs from your address to our online store. These costs average €5.95 per package; for current rates, please consult your chosen carrier.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned complete, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. In the event of damage to the product or packaging, we reserve the right to depreciate the value. Therefore, please ensure the product is carefully and properly packaged. Any damage or loss resulting from inadequate packaging or improperly closing the box is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Products that are custom made or products without original packaging cannot be returned.
Always follow the procedure described above when returning an item. After receiving your return shipment, the order amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Check upon receipt of your order
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged package or any missing parts, please take photos of both the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at info@hmracing.eu .
HMRACING is not obligated to replace products with minor defects. Furthermore, we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us or for damage that is not reported to us in advance.
Article 2 – Warranty
Member 1
The entrepreneur guarantees that the delivered products and/or services comply with the agreement, correspond to the properties stated in the offer, and meet reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, as well as the legal provisions and government regulations applicable at the time the agreement is concluded. If this has been expressly agreed, the entrepreneur also guarantees that the product is suitable for a use other than that for which it is normally intended.
Member 2
Any guarantee provided by the entrepreneur, manufacturer or importer does not affect the consumer's statutory rights and claims under the agreement against the entrepreneur.
Member 3
Defective products or incorrectly delivered items must be reported to the company in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, new condition. Once a product has been assembled, both the right to return and any warranty claim expire.
Member 4
The warranty period used by the entrepreneur is the same as the warranty period set by the manufacturer. The entrepreneur accepts no responsibility for the suitability of the product for a specific application by the consumer, nor for any advice regarding use or application.
Member 5
Warranty is not provided if:
a. the consumer has carried out repairs or changes to the product himself or has had these carried out by third parties;
b. the product has been exposed to unusual or incorrect conditions, has been handled carelessly or has been used contrary to the instructions of the entrepreneur and/or the packaging;
c. the defect is wholly or partly the result of government regulations regarding the nature or quality of the materials used;
d. the product is an assembled electrical product. The warranty for electrical products expires after assembly, as it cannot be determined whether a defect is due to a manufacturing error or an assembly error. By installing the product, the consumer agrees to the expiration of the warranty.
Member 6
To submit a warranty claim regarding lighting, consumers may be required to provide photos or videos demonstrating the installation method. They may also be asked to connect the lighting directly to the battery for inspection.
Member 7
Submitting a warranty claim for defective products is possible, provided that this is reported no later than forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of the product via one of the entrepreneur's available contact options.
