Ordered today = shipped today!
Place your order before 5:00 PM and we'll get started right away. Your order will be carefully packaged and handed over to our shipping partner DHL the same day. This way, you'll receive your new purchase as quickly as possible.
Please note: If a different delivery time is listed for a product, please keep this in mind, as these products are custom-made.

What if a product is out of stock?

Occasionally, an item may not be immediately available (this isn't always displayed on the website). In that case, the delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days.
If a product ultimately cannot be delivered, you will receive a refund for that specific item. We will ship the remaining products in your order the same day. This way, you always know exactly what to expect.

Working days & holidays

We ship only on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). We also do not ship on national holidays.

We use DHL for all our shipments. This reliable carrier ensures your package arrives as quickly as possible. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
